• Email — if you email us directly, we receive your email address, message content and any information you include.

Email and WhatsApp messages are handled through those respective services. Data may be processed on servers outside the UK; where providers transfer data internationally, they are required to apply appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and job-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage quotes, complete work, handle follow-up questions and meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to work are typically deleted within a reasonable period (generally up to two years), unless we need to retain them longer for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Third parties

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and contact form processing
• Google — spreadsheet storage for contact form submissions
• Meta (WhatsApp) — if you contact us via WhatsApp

These providers act as processors or independent controllers according to their own terms. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
